Close But No Cigar

      Other than being very lackluster in attendance the tournament went well. We managed to get five members of our team into the top eight including myself. I ended up playing my buddy Steven (Mush Mouth) Davis in the first round of the top eight and after beating him, I decided to give him the round win in hopes that he would have a better chance of winning than myself in the last remaining rounds. After making that decision me and him both immediately regretted it because his next match was largely not in his favor and would have been in mine had I taken the win. He lost the next round and was eliminated.
    Its hard not to think of what could have happened had I just taken the win that I rightfully earned. After seeing the match-ups I am pretty sure that I could have been playing in the finals of the tournament and been one match win away from all of that cash and the invite. Would of's, Could of's, Should of's. It was a bad decision on my part but overall I am very happy with how things went. As a team we won a lot of product and another great tournament is in the books.
     No more big tournaments for a while. We are kind of in some down time which is good for the fact that I am in another semester of school. We are trying to figure out if we can get it together to go to a GP in San Diego near the first of the year but we will see.
